Upgrade to the new PQX3 Series
Time-limited exchange program for existing customers
Metrum has launched a new instrument series based on the latest PQX3 platform, replacing previous PQ140/PQ120 models for measurements in, for example, receiving and distribution stations. For customers who have previously installed Metrum PQ140/PQ120, we are offering a limited-time exchange program.
When upgrading to PQX3-FR or PQX3-M, customers receive a discount of 15,000 SEK for instruments purchased after 2013 and 10,000 SEK for those purchased before 2013.
The new models
The Metrum PQX3 series offers higher measurement performance, meets current measurement standards, and features multiple Ethernet ports for parallel communication with various systems. These meters can deliver qualified, standard-compliant information to the PQ Controller DB system and stream real-time data to Metrum’s new real-time applications (Metrum Live) or external operational systems (SCADA).
PQX3-M
For customers who previously installed PQ140/PQ120 instruments, we now offer the new PQX3-M model. It has a similar form factor to previous models, allowing for a straightforward and very cost-effective upgrade.

PQX3-FR
The PQX3-FR model can be installed in a 19” rack and is suitable for station monitoring. It features a large number of digital inputs and outputs, allowing for frequency regulation (FFR), component monitoring, and dynamic control of components such as capacitor banks.
Download product sheet →The exchange program is available until December 15, 2024. To claim the discount, previously installed instruments must be documented with serial numbers. Instruments should be returned to Metrum unless otherwise agreed.
