Metrum selected in large international tender as supplier of PQMS to ADANI ELECTRICITY in India!

Metrum has recently won a large international tender of Power Quality Monitoring System to ADANI ELECTRICITY in India.

The Adani Group is a globally integrated infrastructure player with business spanning across key industry verticals of resources, logistics, energy and agro. Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) is a 100% subsidiary of Adani Transmission Ltd formed post acquisition of Reliance Infrastructure Limited’s integrated Generation, Transmission and Distribution utilities powering Mumbai city. Distribution network spans over 400 square kilometres catering to the electricity needs of over 2.9 million customers today.

The tender included two separate parts, Power Quality Instruments (Class A) and a central Power Quality Monitoring System were Metrum was selected as both main supplier of instruments and also selected to provide the centralized client-/server system used by hundreds of Electrical Engineers and Responsible Managers at Adani Electrity.

Metrum has delivered the new Metrum PQ Controller Integrated Solution that includes collection services both for Power Quality data from Metrum PQ-instruments such as a number of other available vendor instruments thanks to the new Metrum PQDIF-Import service. This is a unique solution that will be very effective for Adani Electricity since all Power Quality data can be analysed in one central system using the Metrum PQ Analysing applications including GIS, Global Event Viewers, Report Generators, Statistical Analysing Tools among others.
