If you wish to return an instrument for service, repair or calibration then please get in contact with your local Metrum distributor to find out where to send the instrument. Before sending the instrument, please fill in the service form. Place the form in the package together with the instrument and send the instrument to the address specified by your distributor. Mark the package with “Metrum Service”.
Metrum takes complete responsibility for its products, even after they have been delivered to the customer. Support agreements give access to the continuous support of our excellent support engineers and a subscription for software updates. In addition, traceable calibration is available as an option.
Metrum’s support department is at your service for questions regarding products, areas of application and questions related to measurement.
